Alongside a large clinical caseload across a wide range of conditions, Hardy contributes to teaching within the Bond University Doctor of Physiotherapy program as an Honorary Adjunct Assistant Professor, and has previously been a Course Convenor at Griffith University.
Working across elite sport and busy private practice has given Hardy a practical, realistic view of rehabilitation. He knows what it takes to get a professional athlete back on the field, and applies the same standards to everyday patients, whether they are recovering from surgery, managing a long-standing problem or aiming to get back to weekend sport.

Hardy's practice suits patients who want an experienced sports physiotherapist to take ownership of a complex or stalled recovery, rather than follow a generic, time-based protocol.
He works particularly well with:
Athletes and active people returning from injury who want a structured, criteria-based pathway back to sport, informed by more than 25 years of private practice and elite sport experience.
Patients recovering from ACL reconstruction or meniscal repair, from the early post-operative phase through to return to sport, including those whose progress has stalled or who are dealing with persistent pain.
People preparing for or recovering from hip, knee or shoulder surgery who want a clear, progressive rehabilitation plan and close communication with their surgeon.
Patients with complex or long-standing musculoskeletal conditions who have tried other approaches without lasting improvement and want a fresh, thorough assessment.
Adolescent athletes and their families who want sound guidance on injury management, training load and a safe return to sport during the growing years.
People with persistent shoulder problems, including frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tears and post-surgical recovery, who want an evidence-based plan with realistic milestones.
During his Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Physiotherapy studies at Griffith University, Hardy was consistently recognised as one of the strongest academic performers in his cohort:
Griffith Award for Academic Excellence 2000: Master of Physiotherapy
Dean’s Commendation for Excellent Performance 1997: Bachelor of Exercise Science
Outstanding Achievement Award 1998: Bachelor of Exercise Science
Bachelor of Exercise Science Medal 1998: Bachelor of Exercise Science
